Two more days until.....

I'm so excited! Foster mom and dad said that I may meet my new furever family in a couple of days! I'm so happy here but I know I will be even happier when I meet my new family.

This week was exciting, we had all this white stuff called snow fall on the ground! I didn't really know what to do because it was so cold, but I still wanted to play with my foster sister.  Did I tell you that I love meeting other dogs and chasing them while they're trying to play fetch? Well, I do! I will also chase them for any reason at all, but I let them chase me as well.

Well, I hope to meet my new family soon! Come out and see me, I promise you won't regret it!

Sweet dreams!

Looking for love in the New Year? Look no further!

Hello friends,

Hope everyone is having a fantastic new year!  I thought I'd share with you how I rang in 2014!   My foster mom and dad went on a trip to visit with family, so my foster sister Tini and I went and stayed with another family in central VA.  I love meeting new dogs and new people, so I had a great time!

This is me and my short term foster sister, Janey.  We were waiting for our post potty cookies!

My time away was not all fun and games though.  I also had some serious work to do.

First, I had to supervise dinner preparations.
Foster mom, I think you need to slice those peppers a little thinner.

Then, I had to supervise the little dog!  And let me tell you, that's a big job!
I really don't think you should try to slip under that rail, little dog.

After all that work, I needed to catch a nap in a sunbeam.

Then, the big night arrived.  New Year's Eve!   I heard there would be lots of excitement.  Here we all are waiting for the big event.  Forget the ball drop.  We were all waiting for COOKIE DROP!  In case you were confused by all the beautiful black dogs, I am the handsome one front and center.

Editorial note:  Foster mom did not actually drop a cookie into our midst, because that could lead to craziness and mayhem.  And that little dog moves fast.  She dropped a cookie into each of our mouths.
In case you're curious, left to right:  little dog Logan, Tini, Gabe, ME!, Janey and Lois Anne

Since foster dogs are not allowed on the furniture, I settled for laying down right in front of the sofa and snuggling my head on foster mom's lap.  It really paid off, in a few minutes, she got down on the floor to give me a proper snuggle.
Yes, yes my overbite IS adorable.

Come on foster mom, you know you want to come down here for all out snuggles!

My holiday foster mom said I was a perfect house guest.    If you're looking for a happy boy who is  sweet, snuggly, gets along well with everyone and has a lot of love to give, then fill in that online application today.  We might just be a perfect fit.
